...Not Knowing WHO your Real Estate Broker REPRESENTS ?!?

Your listing agreement/buyer agency agreement is between YOU...and the Principal Broker of that firm...not the Agent. Does that firm list YOUR house/land for sale...and then REPRESENT the buyer at the same time? Are you a BUYER obtaining REPRESENTATION from the same FIRM the property is listed for sale with? If so...maybe you should consider working with a firm that only offers SINGULAR AGENCY!! There is never a question of WHO we Represent !
