	Are you "ADRIFT" ...Not Knowing WHO your Real Estate Broker REPRESENTS ?!? Your listing agreement/buyer agency agreement is between YOU...and the Principal Broker of that firm...not the Agent. Does that firm list YOUR house/land for sale...and then REPRESENT the buyer at the same time? Are you a BUYER obtaining REPRESENTATION from the same FIRM the property is listed for sale with?
